Experience

Michael is a BACP registered psychotherapist, a CEDR accredited mediator, a Tony Robbins Results Coach, an ICF member, and a qualified practitioner of NVC (Non-Violent Communication).

He has had previous careers as an investment banker and as a business-owner and entrepreneur, living and working in Ireland, Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom. He has worked for various charities and activist organizations, particularly in the substance abuse, criminal justice,and mental health fields. He has a passion for human healing and growth.

Michael is focused on applying this vast life experience to serve others, helping them navigate and overcome their challenges. He believes in a holistic approach which encompasses all aspects of a person's life. His work extends from psychotherapy to coaching; from supporting human beings dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma on the one hand, to life coaching and business coaching on the other.

Michael's philosophy is that the depth and understanding that psychotherapy offers is best combined with the energy and goal-orientation of coaching to attain the best client outcomes.
