Hello and welcome. My name is Helen Page and I provide online counselling to adults. I'm experienced in supporting people facing a range of difficulties including: anxiety and depression, relationship issues, abuse, self-harm, low self-esteem, work issues, life choices, stress and bereavement.
About me and my practice
I'm a fully qualified counsellor holding a Masters degree in Counselling. I'm an Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I also hold an MSc in Social Work and have undergone further, specific training in delivering online counselling.
I provide online counselling to adults which allows me to offer counselling sessions to clients across the UK and abroad, including expats and those seeking a British counsellor whilst living, travelling or working in other countries.
I am committed to offering you a safe, respectful, empathetic and supportive service. I will work with you to help you through whatever issue has brought you to therapy. I use an Integrative approach, drawing upon a number of counselling techniques to best suit your needs.

Initial session £20
Subsequent sessions: £40
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes each.
